Missing echo is a student project carried out over 5 weeks by 9 students. It's a PC game where the goal is to discover the true story of the cave, find the robot IA-SO and exit the cave before killed by a strange creature
My tasks
Level Design
During this project, with the help of another Game Design student, we set up the level design, starting with the creation of a walkthrough. We then implemented the level design by adding the assets to Unreal. Finally, we adapted the level according to the requirements and time constraints imposed on us.
Narrative design
To add lore and narrative to the game, I wrote dialogue documents recounting the cave's past events. Due to work delays, we were unable to integrate the documents, but the goal was to help players understand the reason for their presence and that of the monster.
